With all the players in ready
to go, the signature event of the night proceeded to fill the
Beech Bend air with nitro. Because of the much lower car count
here, unlike the upcoming California Hot Rod Reunion, the self
start cars partook in the Saturday night Cacklefest. In Bakersfield
they will do their fire-up on Sunday.
