The Cars

Event Photos

Paul Bundy, part of the Escondido "Nitro Night" volunteer staff getting practice in the Paradise Alley car owned by Bob DeBurn.

Bob Hirsch, owner of the Marvin Schwartz "Anaconda" was getting in a few licks prior to the Saturday night Cacklefest.

Roger "Riceman" Lee stepped up from crafting 1/16's models, like his model of the Shubert/Herbert car, to another Herbert car, but this time a 1/1 model. This is the Brissette and Sutherland car that ran 219 in 1965. Roger hand built the entire car, mostly by himself, in a single garage space at his home in Stockton.
