Roger "Riceman" Lee stepped up from crafting 1/16's models, like his model of the Shubert/Herbert car, to another Herbert car, but this time a 1/1 model. This is the Brissette and Sutherland car that ran 219 in 1965. Roger hand built the entire car, mostly by himself, in a single garage space at his home in Stockton.
