NEW CAMSHAFT BEARINGS, ALIGN BORED AND CLEARANCED TO ACCEPT NEW
VENOLIA PISTONS AND ALUMINUM CONNECTING RODS.
CRANKSHAFT : ROD AND MAIN BEARING
JOURNALS HAVE BEEN CUT .010" OVERSIZE WITH A DOUBLE KEYED
CRANK HUB, ½" X 20 DRILLED FLYWHEEL FLANGE. ASSEMBLY
HAS BEEN GLASS BEADED, MAGNAFLUXED AND BALANCED. NEW 80PSI OIL
PUMP WITH BLOCK OFF VALVE PREPEARED BY MILODON. RCD ENGINEERING
CRANKSHAFT HUB WITH POLISHED PULLY. OIL PAN FABRICATED BY PAT
FOSTER FROM A 1956 HEMI ENGINE AND SIGNED INSIDE TO BILLY LYNCH
FROM "PATTY FASTER".
CAMSHAFT DRIVE: DONOVAN HIGHLY
POLISHED GEAR DRIVE WITH A 4" FUEL PUMP EXTENSION AND POLISHED
ENDERLE MODEL 110F FUEL PUMP WITH A 3" RCD BLOWER BELT.
CAMSHAFT: CRANE MODEL 54R WITH
SMITH BROS. ADJUSTABLE PUSH RODS AND ULTRA-PRO ROLLER LIFTERS.
CYLINDER HEADS: PORTED AND POLISHED
BY JOE MONDELLO WITH BLOCKED OFF HEAT RISER VALVES. BRONZE VALVE
GUIDES, TITANIUM RETAINERS, 2 1/16" DONOVAN INTAKE AND 2"
MANLEY INCONEL EXHAUST VALVES, ENGLE VALVE SPRINGS, TUBE SEALS,
STAINLESS O-RINGS, BOTH SIDES RESURFACED. DONOVAN SOLID SHAFT

BELLHOUSING: DONOVAN CHROME PLATED
BELLHOUSING WITH DONOVAN FORK AND THROWOUT BEARING.
DRIVE LINE: MARK WILLIAMS 3:42
RATIO DIFFERENTIAL, AXLES, FLANGES, BEARINGS, DRIVESHAFT AND
GREEK COUPLER. HIGHLY POLISHED DUAL SINGLE PISTON AIRHEART REBUILT
BRAKE CALIPERS WITH POLISHED GIRLING MASTER CYLINDER. DIFFERENTIAL
HOUSING WAS NARROWED AND MADE WRINKLE FREE BY PAT FOSTER AND
THEN CHROME PLATED.

MAGNESIUM REAR WHEELS 4 ½ ON 5, POLISHED BY PAT FOSTER.
ALUMINUM SPOKE FRONT WHEELS.
STEERING: P&S POLISHED ALUMINUM
STEERING BOX WITH BUTTERFLY WHEEL.
HEADERS: FABRICATED BY PAT FOSTER
CHROME PLATED EXTERIOR AND MOTORCYCLE PLATED INTERIOR SURFACES.
PARACHUTES: DUAL RED PARACHUTES
AND SEAT BELTS MADE BY SIMPSON.
CHASSIS: RECREATION OF RACE CAR SPECIALTIES (RCS) 168" WHEEL
BASE BODY AND CHASSIS. LAST CAR BUILT BY PAT FOSTER. CONSTRUCTION
BEGAN ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2006 AND COMPLETED ON NOVEMBER 2, 2007.
THE RCS QUAD LINK FRONT END, STEERING RODS, PEDALS, MOUNTING
BRACKETS AND REAR ROLLER PUSH BAR WERE ALL FABRICATED BY PAT
FOSTER.
BODY: PAT FOSTER FABRICATED THE COMPLETE BODY FROM THE
NOSE PIECE TO THE REAR WRAP AROUND PANEL WITH THE HELP OF MASTER
METAL MAN AND GOOD FRIEND JIM HUME. THE BODY WAS COMPLETED AND
SHIPPED TO BOB GERDES AT CIRCUS PAINT ON SEPTEMBER 28, 2007,
ALMOST 1 YEAR FRONT THE STARTNG DATE OF THE PROJECT. BOB GERDES'
REPUTATION OF EXCELLENCE SPEAKS VOLUMES WITH THIS PAINT JOB.
BOB WAS GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO COMPLETE THE JOB BY FEBRUARY 21, 2008.
HE DELIVERED IT HIMSELF, HELPED ASSEMBLE AND ADJUST ALL THE PANELS
JUST THE WAY PAT FOSTER WOULD HAVE WANTED IT.
